Coronavirus Update 2/11/20 Following the latest government announcement, we are once again hitting the pause button at Treetops from 5 November until 2nd December when we can hopefully bring our adventures back to the winter trees. Treetop Trek COVID 19 Policy Updated 21.10.20 ALL SITES REMAIN OPEN AND COVID SECURE There have been a number of updates to regulations and guidance from government in recent days, specifically around the new 3 tier system.   Having reviewed all of these we can confirm that all Treetop Trek and Nets sites can and will remain open in full compliance with the new guidelines, this applies to areas in all 3 of the new Tier systems. We are doing things a little differently but our brilliant activities and our warm welcome remain just the same. We have been certified as a Covid-19 Secure organisation by Visit England. That means that whilst you are with us, you can be assured that we can comply with the latest government guidance.  We have a NO-QUIBBLE transfer or refund policy for any cancellations relating to Covid.  If you or one of your guests is displaying any symptoms, please notify us immediately so that we can rearrange your booking. Coronavirus Update 20.3.20   Following the latest government directives, it is with heavy hearts that we have to inform you that we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend operations at all Treetop sites until 1st May 2020.
